Tour cancellations due to weather is my call with 100% refund. We may go somewhere else due to weather. Keep in mind it can be rainy on one part of the island and sunny on another. We will never go if I think it is not safe or just a waste of time. Often there are times that cancellation will be the morning of the tour. Winter storms change the weather rapidly from good to bad and vice versa. I would of course confer with you and give you my reasons for not going on your tour. This is why it is very important that you can communicate with me so we can make last minute changes. I highly recommend travelers to America get a SIM card so you can make calls for emergencies.
Chances are we will go the next day depending on our calendars. This is a good reason to book my tour first thing so you get the lay of the land and you have time to reschedule. I will make every effort to make sure you don’t miss out on touring one of the most beautiful islands in the world. If we cannot reschedule due to weather, then there will be a full refund of course. Please cancel or reschedule 1 week in advance for a full refund. I need time to rebook the day that you confirmed.
